Swimming has been a part of Jenna’s life since childhood. She has gained around 10 years of experience in wrestling, strength training, and competitive swimming, which has given her a broad understanding of sports and training.

 

Jenna has worked as a full-time swimming instructor for the past three years, teaching swimmers of all ages—from young children to adults. Her coaching style is both relaxed and goal-oriented.
